Thanks so much for the wonderful dock! It has been a pleasure working with you. I appreciate you taking care of the permit for me, and getting the dock done so quickly! Nina and Gene,
Thanks to all of you at Ozarks Barge & Dock Service for a job well done! You did what you said you would when you said you would do it, and even completed the dock ahead of time. The installers were polite and worked well together. We saw no one standing around doing nothing, and we were surprised at how quickly the installation was done. Everyone seemed to know what to do and we when. Another surprise was that the boss was right in there working as hard as the others! We've never seen that before!! If you ever need it, we will be more than happy to give you an excellent reference, and you may send prospective clients to see our dock at any time. Nina and Gene, you were both friendly, yet businesslike. It was a pleasure to do business with you. You can be proud of your product and your service!

Dear Gene and Nina,
Thanks for getting my dock installed before Labor Day. You actually were 6 weeks ahead of what you thought it possibly could take! Over Labor Day, we had reallly rough water, but your dock stood up beautifully to the challenges presented. Gene, you have quite the reputation around the lake for your dock building skills. When I was asked the last month or so after buying the lake home, who was building my dock, I would tell them Gene Gennetten at Ozarks Barge & Dock. I believe everyone said you were the best at the lake. Your employees also had high praise for you, as a man they respected and liked working for (someone who would "out work" fellow crew members and wouldn't give someone a job he wasn't prepared to do himself). I will be recommending Ozarks Barge & Dock to whomever I talk to at the lake (as if you really need the business!). I wish you continued success in the years to come (we know you'll have them!)
